Her school serves as a bridge for immigrants, university students, and job seekers, enabling them to communicate effectively, compete globally, and achieve their dreams.
Her leadership in Zenas Estates and Zenas Travel Agency reflects her ability to diversify across sectors, tapping into the rapidly growing real estate and tourism industries. Her real estate initiatives focus on providing modern, inclusive housing and investment opportunities, while her travel agency is establishing itself as a trusted partner for educational tours, regional travel, and tourism experiences within East Africa and beyond.

Patience’s solid academic foundation in Law and Economics equips her with analytical sharpness, disciplined decision-making, and a grounded approach to leadership. She further strengthened her capacity through additional academic and professional qualifications in Entrepreneurial Leadership, Empretec and other specialized certifications.

She is the Head of Administration at the Kingdom Network Africa, an organization focused on empowering Christians in Business and Leadership.
She is a business and personal growth coach under the African Sisters Network, a mentorship and coaching community that empowers African girls to share their stories and build professional brands. Patience under this organization provides resources like business coaching programs, business consultation and training to helps young women develop skills, build confidence, and access opportunities for business and personal growth.
Patience is also the Business Development Manager for the Manuela P. Mulondo brand, where she contributes to strategic growth, brand expansion, and program development.

As a passionate Business and Personal Growth Coach, Patience equips individuals with practical and holistic tools to thrive spiritually, intellectually, financially, and emotionally. She organizes periodic impactful business masterclasses covering topics such as business registration, entrepreneurship fundamentals, financial literacy, productivity, and leadership.

Patience founded the Sandstone Hope Fest, an annual initiative focused on celebrating and supporting vulnerable children across Uganda, those with physical and mental disabilities, orphans, and children battling life-threatening conditions such as autism, down syndrome, and cancerous tumors. The initiative provides medical support, awareness, emotional care, and financial assistance to families in need every year.

Patience is a 2025 50 Under 50 Award Winner. This is an award given by the Female Founders Initiative Global in collaboration with UN women, recognized for her outstanding contribution to entrepreneurship, leadership, and community transformation.
